BoConcept A/S was established in 1952 and is today an international retail-oriented concept holder with a coordinated product range comprising design furniture and lifestyle products for private homes.

Through our role as sole supplier and international distributor to the global retail chain consisting of more than 240 franchise-based BoConcept Brand Stores and 100 BoConcept Studios, we market our attractive product range in more than 50 countries worldwide.

The BoConcept collection undergoes constant development in order to meet our customers' need for a complete product range consisting of affordable trendsetting lifestyle furniture with focus on design. By means of different colours, materials and sizes, our furniture can be customised to match the needs and dreams of the individual customer. Further, the collection is coordinated, thereby ensuring a array of possibilities in terms of interior design. Together with the best possible guidance and service from our sales staff and interior decorators, our concept ensures our customers a unique shopping experience and through this the optimum solution for their homes.

Development, support and logistics - value-creating factors

We endeavour to realise our goal of profitable growth through a strategic positioning that differentiates the BoConcept brand from the price sensitive middle market, the extension of our award-winning attractive franchise model and the use of our unique core competencies in design, branding, store management, sales model optimisation and supply chain management. Growth is to be obtained through increased same-store-sales and a substantial increased in the number of new BoConcept Brand Stores. Profitability is to be obtained through constant focus on improvements in productivity and greater efficiency in the entire value chain.
